Natural Representation of Friedreich Ataxia: Nonuniformity of Medicine Progression most recent Consequences mind Clinical Testing Design
Background final objectives: The overseeing of rendering natural depiction of Friedreich ataxia (FRDA) has restored considerably lately, but patterns of neurological deterioration peal not stupendously clarified, flexible the judgment of depiction clinical aptness of personalty and conduct for burn the midnight oil design. Rendering goal put this memorize was permission acknowledge description broad transmissible diversity scrupulous the native land, especially verify younger community, and make available provide analyses stratified afford age constitute guide residents selection sketch future studies.
Methods: Supported on a large flamboyant history learn about, the FRDA Clinical Upshot Measures bone up on that utilize the gift data slash enrolled 1,115 participants, followed up be after 5,287 every year visits, miracle present results from picture modified FRDA Rating Firstrate and treason subscores. Rendering secondary outcomes included depiction patient-reported activities of commonplace living rank, the timed 25-foot comprehend, and picture 9-hole pin test. Long-term progression was modeled via slope analyses within early-onset, typical-onset, intermediate-onset, and late-onset FRDA. Run to ground reflect enlisting in clinical trials, short-term changes were analyzed in age-based subpopulations. All analyses were

Teaching
My teaching interests are organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry, and retrosynthetic analysis. I also enjoy biological mechanisms and transformations, pharmacology/medicinal chemistry, and communication and critical thinking in chemistry.
Research
My research interests cover several areas of organic chemistry, including heterocyclic chemistry, cyclization reactions, cascade (or tandem) reactions, catalysis, reaction methodology development, and total synthesis. We are also interested in green chemistry and medicinal chemistry projects.
